composite engineering expertise.

We developed and installed a fully customized solar arch for a Dufour 460 Grand Large sailboat. The structure supports 750W of photovoltaic panels and was tailored to meet the owner’s specific needs

The design seamlessly integrates with the boat’s lines, allowing for the proper routing of ropes and accommodating the dinghy attachment system.

The arch also offers the possibility of integrating additional energy sources like wind turbines, creating a complete and elegant off-grid energy solution for a 46-foot sailing yacht.

We installed the 200W bifacial full carbon Origami prototype with custom MPPT on Uma, their full electric sail boat and eventually the 330W Origami on their beloved Defender.

Adventurers, creators and our long time collaborator duo Dan and Kika, aka Sailing Uma, travel the globe on their full electric sail boat Uma and document their life journey on their YouTube Chanel and Patreon. They are always on the lookout for new technology and innovative solutions to their everyday outdoor challenges, especially on-the-go off-grid electric power.

We successfully delivered and installed our solar panels in a WWF Oasis in Puglia, at Monte Sant Elia, surrounded by trulli and ravines.

The panels and power banks, installed on a historical fire-sighting tower, have been designed to blend in with the tower without affecting its visual appearance. The panels power a radio relay, supporting WWF’s important conservation and fire surveillance work.
